How Can You Help?
In order to ensure that kids camp is a raging success, we are going to need the support of our community. Our projected budget for this undertaking is $8,000 to put on the first year of kids camp. This amount covers essential one-time purchases that will serve the camp for years to come, as well as items each child will take home as a lasting memento at the conclusion of the camp.
Membership Renewal: We kindly ask that you sign up as a new member or renew your existing membership through 2024
Spread the Word: Help us reach out to local kids who might be interested in attending the camp and encourage them to apply. The application process will begin in May through our website.
Keep Us in Mind: Please share our posts on social media, encourage friends and family to make a donation or volunteer, and tag us in any grant applications you see that we may be a fit for!
donate
Donations to help us meet our fundraising goals for the camp are crucial. Our initial budget estimate for this camp is $8,000, and we are actively fundraising and seeking volunteers to meet this target.
Your financial contribution can have a significant impact on the success of our education outreach program:
$10 - Supplies storage tubs for each camper to keep their gear overnight.
$30 - Equips each camper with essential tools like lanyards, hemostats, and nippers.
$75 - Fuels our art supplies for species identification projects.
$100 - Supports one rod and reel package.
$200 - Provides nets, buckets for bug study.
General donations of any amount will be used for essentials like snacks, meals, casting hula hoops, award certificates, water bottles, and more
